The Boys S2 - Boardroom Ceiling

This artwork started out as an image made by somebody else (I'm ashamed I don't know who) on Season 1 - I was asked to repurpose the whole thing and also replace Lamplighter with Starlight. The original intent was to have scenic paint this on set, but the file was big enough that it was simply printed on a sheet of acrylic and stuck to the ceiling. Despite a huge amount of effort, it never appeared on camera in Season 2 - too bad, but that's the way it goes in tv sometimes :)

Boardroom Ceiling - a LOT Of mileage got out of this one - it was in Generation V as well as multiple shots in the show. Printed on a giant sheet of poly and glued to the ceiling - good times!

The circular frieze that goes around the mural - it was 3D modeled and printed.

A frieze concept - I thought it was worth placing subtle sexism at the heart of the Seven by having the male heroes are doing 'action' things and the two women are rescuing children - who knows if the audience ever notices details like this?
